Return Policy


Our 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you are satisfy. Upon receiving your purchased item(s), please carefully examine the product(s) immediately. At TopDiamond, our priority is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of the date of shipment for a return or exchange, with the exception of custom engraving products. The purchased item(s) must be in its original condition.


All cancellation requires our approval. Cancellation of order within 24 hour will be charged proportionally to the labor provided. NO CANCELLATION WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 24 HOURS.
  • 1. Any request for an exchange, a replacement or a refund must be made within 30 days* from the date of shipment. We only accept returned item(s) with a Return Authorization (RA) Code.  Such request can be made in writing to: [email protected]  or Top Diamond. You can also contact our customer service at 1-888-966-9889.
  • 2. Upon contacting us for an approval of a replacement, a refund or exchange of item (s) our customer representative will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) code that must accompany the items being returned.
  • 3. a) No exchange, replacement or refund will be provided for engraved or customized items, with the exception of manufacture defect or production inaccuracy on our part. If this the case, a replacement will be provided. b) Items will only be exchange, replace or refund if they are unworn or returned in the original purchased conditions. Items must be returned with their original receipt, original packaging, certificates, warranty documents, accessories and complimentary gifts, as applicable.

    c) "Final Sale" items cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced.
  • 4.Please return items via UPS, FedEx and USPS. We strongly recommend that the package shipped be insured at their full price. Please ensure that items are securely packaged. As a precautious against theft, please do not disclose any information of the content or write TopDiamond anywhere on the outside of the box. TopDiamond will not be held liable for any loss or damaged that occurs during the shipping process.
  • 5. TopDiamond will not be responsible for shipping, handling and insurance charges for any returned items, unless the returned item(s) is/are due to manufacture defect or production mistake on our part. Otherwise, we reserve the rights to minus our shipping and handling costs plus 10% restocking fees from the original purchased amount.
  • 6. Insure Your Package: On your invoice, if the price of the item you’re returning is listed as:

    Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached TopDiamond.**

    More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached TopDiamond. ** (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)

    More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommended contacting a TopDiamond sales representative to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.

  • 7. All loose diamonds will be delivered with the appropriate certificate. TopDiamond provides the finest quality diamonds. Therefore, the diamond grading certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), European Gemological Laboratory (EGL), or the International Gemological Institute (IGI) will accompany our loose diamond inventory. These laboratories are recognized worldwide as the most respected diamond graders. By supplying Lab Certificates, Appraisals and/or Grading Certificates from GIA, EGL and/or IGI for its merchandise, TopDiamond accepts and supports such document exclusively, as proof of identity and quality of corresponding merchandise. In the event that the customer wishes to have merchandise examined by another laboratory, grading entity or jeweler, TopDiamond will not be responsible for those results.

    If your item was delivered with a diamond grading certificates and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
  • 8. Upon receiving the returned item, in the case of a refund, we will credit your account within 5 -7 business days using the method of payment from in the original purchase. In the case of a replacement or an exchange, we will make it within our best effort to provide you with the requested item in the shortest delay possible. Please confirm the exchange time frame with one of our sales representatives.

    *Any exchange, replacement, or refund within 30 days is only applicable towards manufactured price, not applicable on discounted price items.
    **TopDiamond will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
